Mizo Sexy Girl and Its Online Controversies

Recently, I overcome a load of desperate call from my fellow Mizos residing outside Mizoram. They stated how humiliated they were, how shameful it is for them in front of their non Mizos friends because of this so called Facebook page, ‘Mizo Sexy Girl’. Apparently, this page is created by some punks, close to Mizo but who cannot fully baptized himself as Mizo due to some political follies. 

Requests have been made to remove the page but it still exists. It looks like haters’ manifestation to embarrass and dilute the image of Mizo Community at national scenario so that we are humiliated. 

As soon as I saw the page, liked the page and reported almost every day but all in vain. Facebook defense them self by stating that, the page didn’t violate any of their terms. Meanwhile, this page is offending a large group of community. As you could see the picture those are some of the inappropriate comments and feedbacks we experienced. Obviously, many innocents Mizos staying outside would face such insulting gestures because of the Mizo pictures being portrayed on this page. But I am pretty sure of the fact that, if they want us down means we are above them.

Here is a reminder to all the Mizos , who feel humiliated and embarrassed because of this page please know that they are no better than us. Tell them to shut their mouth, or do we really need to tell them who they really were.  We all are aware that none of the community in this world is free from such vices. Don’t let any dumb fool let you down. They can’t decide or judge all the Mizos to be what they see on this page. 

At the same time let us make all those negative comments as a wakeup call to reflect ourselves in that mirror and move on….

As Mizo boy, I personally felt the need to change our attitude towards this kind of semi-nude Mizo girl pictures we saw at online. We need to let it go…we don’t have to post those pics. Its more than enough if we saved it in our own computers. You are never guaranteed to post those pics because they shoot the photo semi-nude…All we need to learn is not to post even if you have them.
